Pre-Order Policy
We've got a lot of products that are in high demand, so sometimes we let our customers purchase items even before they're fully produced. If you see a product marked as "pre-order," it means it's still being made, and we'll mention the estimated shipping date or timeframe right in the title and description. Don't worry, we'll do our best to ship it to you on or before that date. However, if we encounter any delays in manufacturing, we'll send you an email right away to keep you updated.
Once your pre-order item is ready to be shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress. We'll ship your order using the shipping method you chose during checkout. Just remember, the shipping timeframe starts counting from the actual date of shipment, not the date you placed the order.
One important thing to note is that if you mix in-stock items with pre-order items, it will cause a delay in shipping your in-stock order. So, to avoid any delays, please place a separate order for your in-stock items. If you do purchase a pre-order item along with ready-to-ship or in-stock products, we won't split the order because the shipping fee is only paid once. Instead, we'll ship the entire order together on or before the scheduled pre-order shipping date.
